When the programmer is in the normal running process, occasionally disconnection occurs:

Please turn off the programmer software, and then pull out the peripheral connection【Such as the adapters on the locking seat, the cables on the VGA ISP, ISP, HDMI interface】,pull out and re-plug the connection line between the programmer and the computer USB port(USB2.0), and then open the programmer software. If it still can not solve the problem, please operate as following:
First, close the programmer software;Second, unplug the USB cable;Third, end the process of the programmer under the Windows Task Manager;Fourth, plug the USB cable;Fifth,re-open the programmer software;Sixth, generally, the problem can be solved;Seventh, if not, restart the computer.
The specific method of entering the Task manager:

a.Find the Ctrl, Alt, Del or Delete keys on the keyboard;

b. Press the three keys at the same time, or press Ctrl and Alt, and then press Del or Deletec.
c. At this point, several options pop up and “select Start Task Manager”

A maintenance about Changhong ZLS47(6A818) fault

I got a Changhong mainboard, the malfunction was no boot.First of all, did as the teacher taught, measured the drop voltage of every circuit, all were normal.
Connected to the power supply and measured the voltage of every group. There were two groups of voltage input on this board. One group inputed 12V,the other group supplied 24V for audio. First, measured the input 12V was normal, standby 5V was normal, and the rest were 0V.
Connected to the computer to view the printing, it just showed the sequence of the serial port, then nothing. Why there’s no printing information?
The teacher said the CPU work must met the following conditions:1. Power supply should be normal; such as core, DVDD digital and analog circuits, DDR power supply;2.RESET was normal; 3.CLOCK;4.FLASH selection circuit.
There was only 3.3V power supply, and nothing else was available.CPU power supply was not even, in a daze suddenly thought of the power sequence, the drawings are as follows:

The timing control switch Q18 UC3 was found, measured the the PWR-ON/OFF signal R40 from CPU, the left was 1.8V, and the right was 0V. The resistance was measured to be normal for calibration of 22K, and then measured Q18BE, found that there were hundreds of euros on positive and negative, replaced it and re-powered on, all the voltages were normal.
Connected to the computer to view the printing information, it showed AC-ON BIST0-OK BIST1-FAIL. From the displaying, there was problem with the DDR that ran kernel. Network-pulling check of all communication exclusion and resistance, found that the drain resistance MRP40, the voltage drop value of the loop was very large, it was 560, while others were 400, apparently there was a problem. The resistance was measured and the resistance value was increased, from 22Ω to 10K, replaced it and hoped it should be repaired this time,so I was getting excited.

Version: CV828H-Z
Chip scheme: MSD6A828+single EMMC
Malfunction: The red light was on, but could not boot
Analysis and maintenance: Powered on the red indicator light was on, pressing and remote control could not turn on the TV, the printing information was as follows:

The printing information was repeated all the time, and from the printing information, it should be that the boot was not working properly. Checked the power supply of the hardware, standby 5V, standby 3.3V, all were normal. EMMC power supply was also normal. The kernel power supply had a slight jump from 1.03 to 1.09, and the DDR power supply 1.5V, normal. Cut off the power, measured the positive and negative resistance of each power supply to the ground was normal. Tear down the EMMC and wrote in the mass-production software, installed back but the malfunction was the same. So eliminated software problems and focused on the boot running condition.The two DDR chips on the left side of the main chip ran boot. If it still could not solve the problem, then check the main chip. These two DDR address lines were reused, and the data lines were used separately. Removed the MU1 first. Measured the ground resistance value one by one according to the DDR pin function diagram, and the resistance value was infinite when the DQ13 was measured, as shown in the figure below:
